Overview

The R3imagine Futurist Genesis Gathering was a multidisciplinary gathering designed to celebrate creativity, future-thinking, and community storytelling through immersive technologies. As a producer and creative technologist, I led the visual identity, spatial planning, and technical integration of the event—bridging cinematic design, worldbuilding, and experiential strategy to create a cohesive and inspiring environment for attendees.

Process

Cinematic Invitation & Visual Identity

• Produced a fully animated cinematic invitation using Unreal Engine, integrating Mixamo animations and Metatailor clothing to bring stylized characters to life.

• Designed custom textures, backgrounds, and graphic elements in Canva to establish a unique visual language for the event.

Spatial Planning & Experience Design

• Developed a detailed spatial layout of the venue, ensuring flow between interactive stations, installations, and gathering areas.

• Created mockups and instructional documents for each station, defining user experience flow, technology requirements, and staffing needs.

• Coordinated logistics with venue staff, vendors, and team members to align on technical setup, accessibility, equipment placement, and safety guidelines.
