Overview
In this speculative design project, I reimagined what a future-forward GRX Learning Center Headquarters could look like—an environment that merges education, community, and immersive technology. The project served as both a visual concept and a functional prototype for how learning environments can evolve through immersive technology.

Using 3D modeling and worldbuilding techniques, I created a virtual space that embodies accessibility, creativity, and cultural resonance.
3D Asset Creation & Visual Design

Modeled key architectural and interior elements in Blender, focusing on clean geometry, modular components, and a visual language that supports learning and collaboration.

Crafted detailed textures and materials to establish a cohesive aesthetic and highlight different functional zones of the space.
Worldbuilding in Unreal Engine

Imported custom models into Unreal and built a complete virtual environment, optimizing layout, lighting, and atmosphere to support narrative flow.

Designed interactive landmarks and themed rooms that reflect the center’s mission—including spaces for creativity, research, immersive tech exploration, and community gathering.
